Our prices include tax, consumption, cleaning and wifi. To maintain this arrangement, we ask you not to abuse and be energy-conscious with energy costs such as heating oil, electricity and water.
A deposit of €500 may be charged for the rental of 1 or more flats.

• Linen are not provided so guests can bring their own  --> bed, bath and kitchen linen (if it is impossible, please contact us)
• Size of beds:
  • double beds: 180 x 200 cm
  • All beds are equipped with mattress protector, comforter, pillow and extra blanket.
• max. number of persons to sleep allowed:
  • 4 in apartments Castor and Hibou
  • 2 in apartments Renard and Ecureuil
  • 2 in the rooms
  • Not counting children still sleeping in travel cots of course
• Free cribs and high chairs available.
• Dogs are not allowed
• As mentioned in the reservation confirmation, cleaning is included, but in order to maintain this, we ask that you leave the lodgings “brush clean”. (Brush is always available in the cleaning area on the ground floor)
• NOT included: cleaning of kitchen dishes, so dishes must be gone before departure
• Parties/meetings are not allowed.
• Because you are staying in a quiet village and there are co-tenants we want to keep the silence from 23:00 to 08:00
